A client sent their own sample. We took a pattern from it, made a factory sample, and after they approved it, bulk followed that sample. We did not copy a third-party brand.

What the factory locked
A pattern was taken from the reference. A sample was made and sent for review. After approval, leather or PU, stitch, hardware placement, and packing were frozen. Bulk followed that sample — not a later photo.
What this program is for
This client already had the bag. We manufactured their construction. We did not develop a new design. A new design is quoted separately as ODM.
