Start from an existing style. You can change the logo, color, size, hardware finish, and packaging at the catalog minimum. A new pattern is OEM or ODM, and it is quoted separately.

Colorways locked for first run and replenishment.

Hardware & packaging

Finish of the hardware already on this style, dust bag, and carton. A different lining is confirmed on the quote.

What you can change

Genuine leather existing styles 30–50 pcs per style. PU leather 300–500 pcs per style. If the change is not in this list, ask before you assume it is included.

Logo

Method and position: deboss, foil, print, patch, or a metal plate. Placement is locked on the sample.

Color

Another color of the same construction. The colorway is locked for the first run and for replenishment.

Hardware finish

A different finish on the hardware that style already uses. A new mold, or a fitting the style does not use, is quoted on its own.

Packaging

Dust bag, poly bag, carton, hangtag, barcode, or marketplace labels, specified with the order.

Leather or PU

Another grain, thickness, or PU texture on the same pattern, when the material can be cut that way. Price, and sometimes the minimum, change with the yield.

Size

Length, height, and depth can be changed. The new size is confirmed on the sample.

A new silhouette or a new construction is not a size change. OEM if you already have the sample or tech pack. ODM if we develop the pattern.

Your design

An NDA is available before you send a tech pack, artwork, or a sample you do not want shown. Ask for it. We sign it before those files are used.
Your files and your sample are used only for your program. We do not put an unreleased design on this website, and we do not offer it to another buyer.
A style already in our catalog stays a factory style. Putting your logo on it does not make that construction exclusive, unless exclusivity is written into the order.
We do not manufacture an unlicensed copy of another brand.
