Returns, Refunds & Quality Claims

Guangzhou Linjin Technology Co., Ltd., operating as LINJIN Manufacturing, sells two kinds of orders. A priced style bought on this website is covered by the return window below. Wholesale, a logo, another leather, and any other change are covered by the quality claim that follows.

Priced styles bought as photographed

• Return window: 7 days after delivery.
• Condition: unused, and the same as the photographs.
• Return shipping: paid by the buyer.
• Refund: the bag price only. The outbound shipping charge is not refunded.
• A bag that has been used, altered, or given a logo cannot be returned under this window.

Email info@linjinbags.com before you send it. We reply with the return address. After the bag arrives and matches the photographs, we refund the bag price to the original PayPal payment.

Order changes and cancellations

A priced style paid by PayPal can be cancelled before dispatch. We then refund the bag price and the shipping charge. After dispatch, the 7-day return above applies. A request to change or cancel a quoted wholesale order must be sent in writing. Whether it can be accepted depends on the order stage, materials already purchased, and work already done. Do not assume a wholesale order can be cancelled after sampling or bulk production has started.

Inspection and quality standard

• Before packing, each order is checked against the approved sample: shape, stitching, edge, hardware, logo, and that the bag opens and closes.
• Inspection follows ISO 2859-1, General Level II. Critical defects are not accepted. Major defects are accepted to AQL 2.5. Minor defects are accepted to AQL 4.0.
• Natural grain, and a small shade difference inside the range of the approved leather, is not a defect.
• A wrong material, a wrong logo, hardware that does not function, an open seam, or a construction that does not match the sample is a major defect. A loose thread or a small mark that does not affect use is a minor defect. A lot outside these limits is reworked, or the failed pieces are replaced, before the goods leave.
• You, or an inspector you send, can check the goods against the sample in Guangzhou before shipment.

Reporting a quality issue

If you identify a possible defect after the cartons arrive, email us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include clear photographs or video, the affected quantity, carton marks, the order or style reference and a description of the issue. Keep the affected goods and packaging available while the claim is reviewed. Contact us before returning any goods; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If a defect is found after the cartons arrive, email photos and the carton mark within 7 days. When major defects are outside AQL 2.5, the failed pieces are remade or credited on the next order. We do not take back a lot that passed inspection, or one that matches the sample. Damage in transit is a claim with the carrier. We do not cover lost sales or marketplace penalties.

Returns and refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind returns for wholesale, customized, or made-to-order goods. That limit does not remove the 7-day return on a priced style bought as photographed. For an accepted quality claim on a wholesale order, the remedy is agreed in writing. The current quality process may provide rework, replacement of affected pieces, or a credit against a subsequent order where the stated inspection limits are exceeded. It does not promise an automatic cash refund for every wholesale claim.

Natural leather grain and minor shade variation within the approved sample range are not, by themselves, defects. Differences caused by an unapproved change or a failure to follow the approved sample will be reviewed against the order specification.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. The written quotation, approved sample and order confirmation should be read together.
