What is your MOQ?

Existing genuine leather styles typically start at 30–50 pcs per style. Existing PU styles typically start at 300–500 pcs per style. Final MOQ is confirmed at quote when construction and customization are locked.

What is the sample lead time?

Sampling is typically 7–15 days, depending on construction, materials, and hardware.

What is the production lead time?

Bulk production is typically 25–45 days after the sample is locked. Lead time depends on material, quantity, and hardware.

Is the sample fee credited?

Sample fee can be credited toward a confirmed bulk order.

Do you manufacture genuine leather handbags?

Yes. Genuine leather programs for private label and retail, at the existing-style minimum.

Do you manufacture PU handbags?

Yes. PU leather programs for wholesale, e-commerce, and private label volume.

What is OEM versus ODM?

OEM manufactures your existing design or tech pack. ODM develops the construction with our pattern team, then produces the locked sample.

What is private label?

Private label puts your logo, a color, a size, the finish of the hardware that style already uses, and packaging on an existing style. It does not include a new pattern or a new hardware mold. The sample locks the program before bulk.

What can I customize?

On an existing style, at the catalog minimum: logo position and method, color, size, the finish of the hardware that style already uses, and packaging. A different leather or PU on the same pattern is quoted, and the minimum can change. A new pattern or a new hardware mold is not included in that minimum.

Can I change the pattern or the size?

Yes. Size can be changed and is confirmed on the sample. A new silhouette is not a size change: it is OEM if you send the sample or tech pack, or ODM if we develop the pattern. A new pattern is quoted separately.

Will you sign an NDA before I send my design?

Yes. Ask for an NDA before you send a tech pack, artwork, or a sample you do not want shown. We sign it before those files are used. Your design is used only for your program. We do not publish it, and we do not offer it to another buyer. A catalog style stays a factory style unless exclusivity is written into the order.

What happens if the goods have defects?

Inspection follows ISO 2859-1, General Level II, against the approved sample. Critical defects are not accepted. Major defects, such as wrong material, a wrong logo, hardware that does not function, an open seam, or construction that does not match the sample, are accepted to AQL 2.5. Minor defects, such as a loose thread or a small mark that does not affect use, are accepted to AQL 4.0. Natural grain and a small shade difference inside the approved leather are not defects. A lot outside these limits is reworked, or the failed pieces are replaced, before shipment. You can inspect in Guangzhou, or send an inspector, before the goods leave.

Can I return or claim after delivery?

A priced style bought as photographed can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused. Email us first. You pay the return freight. After we receive the bag, we refund the bag price, not the outbound shipping. Wholesale, a logo, or a material change is different: email photos and the carton mark within 7 days of the cartons arriving. When major defects are outside AQL 2.5, the failed pieces are remade or credited on the next order. We do not take back a lot that passed inspection, or one that matches the approved sample. Damage in transit is a claim with the carrier. We do not cover lost sales or marketplace penalties.

Can you add logos?

Deboss, foil, print, patch, or metal logo — specified at sampling.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Dust bag, poly bag, carton, labels, hangtags, and marketplace packing when specified.

Can you develop custom hardware?

A new mold, or a fitting the style does not already use, is quoted on its own and is not part of the existing-style minimum. Changing the finish of the hardware that style already uses is included at that minimum.

Can you match a leather or PU sample?

Yes. Send a material reference. We confirm thickness, tannage or texture, and color on the sample before bulk.

Can we send our own sample?

Yes. A physical reference can lock construction. We manufacture to the approved sample, not as an unlicensed copy of a third-party brand.

What payment terms do you accept?

A priced style is paid by PayPal. The price on the product page is the price of that bag as photographed. 1–3 bags: USD 55 for the order. 4 or more: 55% of the bag total. The rate is the same for every country on the Shipping page. Shipping is added before payment. Handling is 7–30 days, Monday to Saturday. Transit is 15–35 days, Monday to Saturday. The seller is Guangzhou Linjin Technology Co., Ltd. A logo or another leather is quoted separately and is not that payment.

Do you ship by sea or air?

1–3 bags: USD 55 for the order. 4 or more: 55% of the bag total. The rate is the same for every country on the Shipping page. Handling is 7–30 days, Monday to Saturday. Transit is 15–35 days, Monday to Saturday. Estimated delivery is 22–65 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) start the next handling day. A logo or another leather is quoted separately.

Can we arrange third-party inspection?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection and third-party inspection can be arranged against the locked sample.

How do you control quality?

Incoming material checks, in-line inspection, and a final inspection before packing.

How fast do you reply to a quote?

A request with the style, material, and quantity is answered within one business day.

Can we visit the factory or see it online?

Yes. Visits to the Baiyun workshop are by appointment. A live video walkthrough can be arranged if you cannot travel.

Do you provide product photos?

White-background photos of the approved style are included with the production order, for your listing or catalog.

Can you pack for Amazon FBA?

Yes. Barcode, FNSKU, and carton labels are applied when the order specifies Amazon or other marketplace packing.

Can you support repeat orders?

Yes. Locked constructions are built for replenishment.

Can you work with Amazon or e-commerce packing?

Yes. Repeatable SKUs, carton, barcode, and marketplace pack-out when specified.

How do I request a quotation?
