- What is your MOQ?
- Existing genuine leather styles typically start at 30–50 pcs per style. Existing PU styles typically start at 300–500 pcs per style. Final MOQ is confirmed at quote when construction and customization are locked.
- What is the sample lead time?
- Sampling is typically 7–15 days, depending on construction, materials, and hardware.
- What is the production lead time?
- Bulk production is typically 25–45 days after the sample is locked. Lead time depends on material, quantity, and hardware.
- Is the sample fee credited?
- Sample fee can be credited toward a confirmed bulk order.
- Do you manufacture genuine leather handbags?
- Yes. Genuine leather programs for private label, retail, and independent collections.
- Do you manufacture PU handbags?
- Yes. PU leather programs for wholesale, e-commerce, and private label volume.
- What is OEM versus ODM?
- OEM manufactures your existing design or tech pack. ODM develops the construction with our pattern team, then produces the locked sample.
- What is private label?
- Private label applies your logo, color, hardware, and packaging to a factory-ready construction. The sample locks the program before bulk.
- Can you add logos?
- Deboss, foil, print, patch, or metal logo — specified at sampling.
- Can you provide custom packaging?
- Dust bag, poly bag, carton, labels, hangtags, and marketplace packing when specified.
- Can you develop custom hardware?
- Custom hardware can be developed when the program requires it. Standard kits are used for volume SKUs.
- Can you match a leather or PU sample?
- Yes. Send a material reference. We confirm thickness, tannage or texture, and color on the sample before bulk.
- Can we send our own sample?
- Yes. A physical reference can lock construction. We manufacture to the approved sample, not as an unlicensed copy of a third-party brand.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- Terms are confirmed on the quote after the sample is locked. Typical arrangements are discussed per order.
- Do you ship by sea or air?
- Yes. Sea and air freight can be arranged. FOB Guangzhou is available. DDP can be quoted when required.
- Can we arrange third-party inspection?
- Yes. Pre-shipment inspection and third-party inspection can be arranged against the locked sample.
- How do you control quality?
- Incoming material checks, in-line inspection, and a final inspection before packing.
- Can you support repeat orders?
- Yes. Locked constructions are built for replenishment.
- Can you work with Amazon or e-commerce packing?
- Yes. Repeatable SKUs, carton, barcode, and marketplace pack-out when specified.
