Registered address: 1st Floor, Building 2, No. 5 Changxing Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.. The manufacturing facility is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. “LINJIN”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Guangzhou Linjin Technology Co., Ltd.. That company is the seller on every invoice and PayPal receipt.

Priced styles

Where a style shows a price, that price is the price of one bag as photographed. 1–3 bags: USD 55 for the order. 4 or more: 55% of the bag total. The rate is the same for every country on the Shipping page. The shipping amount is shown again before you pay. The PayPal total is the bag price plus that shipping. Payment of that total is the order. Handling is 7–30 days, Monday to Saturday. Transit is 15–35 days, Monday to Saturday. Estimated delivery is 22–65 business days. This checkout does not include a logo, a different leather, or a different size.

Quotations

A logo, another leather, or a new pattern is quoted separately. A quote request is not an order. Those quotations do not change the price or the shipping rate of a priced style bought as photographed. An order for a quoted program is accepted when we confirm it in writing and the required payment has been received.

Minimum quantities and lead times

A logo, another leather, or a new pattern is quoted separately. For those programs, existing genuine leather styles typically start at 30–50 pcs per style, and existing PU styles at 300–500 pcs per style. Sampling is typically 7–15 days. Bulk production is typically 25–45 days after the sample is locked after the approved sample is locked. These ranges do not apply to a priced style bought as photographed. That order is dispatched in 7–30 days, Monday to Saturday, then 15–35 days, Monday to Saturday in transit.

Samples, approvals and production

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving the sample, artwork, dimensions, materials, colors, logo placement, hardware and packaging before bulk production. Bulk production is made against the approved sample and written specifications. A requested change after approval may affect price, minimum quantity and schedule and must be agreed in writing.

Payment

A priced style is paid by PayPal for the total shown at checkout: the page price plus shipping. The PayPal account is in the name of Guangzhou Linjin Technology Co., Ltd.. A quoted program is paid on the terms written in that quotation. Pay only through the checkout on this website or the payment instructions in a quotation we email from info@linjinbags.com. A payment screenshot is not proof that funds have cleared.

Shipping, claims and privacy

Shipping arrangements are governed by the Shipping Policy. Quality claims and return conditions are described in the Returns & Quality Claims Policy. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property and buyer materials

Website text, photographs, graphics and other content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Buyer-provided designs, artwork, technical packs and samples are handled for the relevant inquiry or order. Any confidentiality, ownership or exclusivity commitment must be confirmed in a written agreement or order document.

Updates and applicable requirements

We may update website information and these terms. The version applicable to a particular order should be read together with that order’s written confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
