Construction

Structured or softer totes. Size, handle spec, lining, and base construction are confirmed on sample.

Materials

Top-grain or full-grain leather for brand programs. PU leather for commercial volume and replenishment.

Sampling and production

A locked sample holds handle drop, internal pockets, and finishing through first run and repeat orders.

Quality control

Incoming material checks, in-line sewing and assembly checks, final inspection before packing.

Customization

On an existing style: logo, color, size, the finish of the hardware that style already uses, and packaging, at the catalog minimum. A new pattern or a new hardware mold is quoted as OEM or ODM.

Suitable programs

Brand collections, boutique retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and private label volume.

Quantity policy

Existing genuine leather styles typically start at 30–50 pcs per style. Existing PU styles typically start at 300–500 pcs. Sampling 7–15 days; bulk 25–45 days after the sample is locked. Sample fee can be credited toward a confirmed bulk order.
