Manufacturing notes
Construction
Body, strap, and hardware are sampled before production. Adjustable straps, zipper or flap closures, and lining are locked on the sample.
Materials
Genuine leather for brand and boutique programs. PU leather for wholesale, e-commerce, and private label volume.
Sampling and production
A physical sample locks strap length, hardware, and body size. Bulk follows the approved construction.
Quality control
In-line checks on stitching, hardware set, and strap attachment, plus a final inspection before packing.
Customization
Logo, color, dimensions, hardware, lining, and packaging specified per program.
Suitable programs
Brand collections, private label, wholesale, and e-commerce replenishment.
Quantity policy
Existing genuine leather styles typically start at 30–50 pcs per style. Existing PU styles typically start at 300–500 pcs. Sampling 7–15 days; bulk 25–45 days after the sample is locked. Sample fee can be credited toward a confirmed bulk order.
