OEM manufactures an approved sample or tech pack. ODM develops a new construction with our pattern team. Both are for buyers with a planned bulk order. The 30–50 pcs per style and 300–500 pcs per style ranges on this site are for existing styles. They do not automatically apply to a new pattern.

OEM

You supply an approved sample or tech pack. We manufacture to the locked sample — construction, material, hardware, and packaging — when the bulk plan is clear.

ODM

We develop the construction with you — pattern, material, and hardware — then produce the locked sample. A drawing alone does not start development at the existing-style MOQ.

Existing styles: genuine leather 30–50 pcs per style; PU leather 300–500 pcs per style. A new pattern is reviewed from the construction, materials, hardware, and planned bulk quantity. Sampling 7–15 days. Bulk 25–45 days after the sample is locked.

What is included

Logo, color, hardware finish, and packaging on a factory-ready style use the existing-style minimum. A new pattern does not. The full list is on private label.

Your design

An NDA is available before you send a tech pack, artwork, or a sample you do not want shown. Ask for it. We sign it before those files are used.
Your files and your sample are used only for your program. We do not put an unreleased design on this website, and we do not offer it to another buyer.
A style already in our catalog stays a factory style. Putting your logo on it does not make that construction exclusive, unless exclusivity is written into the order.
We do not manufacture an unlicensed copy of another brand.

If the goods are wrong

Before packing, each order is checked against the approved sample: shape, stitching, edge, hardware, logo, and that the bag opens and closes.
Inspection follows ISO 2859-1, General Level II. Critical defects are not accepted. Major defects are accepted to AQL 2.5. Minor defects are accepted to AQL 4.0.
Natural grain, and a small shade difference inside the range of the approved leather, is not a defect.
A wrong material, a wrong logo, hardware that does not function, an open seam, or a construction that does not match the sample is a major defect. A loose thread or a small mark that does not affect use is a minor defect. A lot outside these limits is reworked, or the failed pieces are replaced, before the goods leave.
You, or an inspector you send, can check the goods against the sample in Guangzhou before shipment.
If a defect is found after the cartons arrive, email photos and the carton mark within 7 days. When major defects are outside AQL 2.5, the failed pieces are remade or credited on the next order. We do not take back a lot that passed inspection, or one that matches the sample. Damage in transit is a claim with the carrier. We do not cover lost sales or marketplace penalties.
