Custom handbag development
A new bag is OEM if you already have a sample or tech pack, or ODM if we develop the pattern. We review the construction and the bulk you plan before sampling. We do not develop a style for 1–10 pieces. The catalog minimums of 30–50 pcs per style for genuine leather and 300–500 pcs per style for PU apply to existing styles only.
- Your design or ours
- OEM manufactures your tech pack or sample. ODM develops the construction with our pattern team.
- Private label
- Logo, color, hardware, and packaging on a factory-ready style.
- Materials
- Genuine leather and PU leather. Spec is locked on the sample and held through bulk.
- Sampling
- Typically 7–15 days. The sample locks construction before bulk.
- MOQ
- The 30–50 and 300–500 ranges are for existing styles only. A new style is quoted from the construction and the planned bulk order, and it is not sampled until the project is accepted.
- Production
- Typically 25–45 days after the sample is locked.
- Factory
- Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Cutting, sewing, packing, and shipment in one workflow.
MOQ for Existing Styles
- Genuine leather: 30–50 pieces per style.
- PU leather: 300–500 pieces per style.
Applicable to wholesale orders and logo or material changes. Exact quantities are subject to the product and customization requirements.
