The buyer did not need a new pattern from zero. They selected a tote construction already on the floor, then specified logo, color, hardware finish, and packing. That is a private label program: the factory-ready bag becomes theirs to sell.

How it was made
The pattern board was laid on the hide. Front panels were taken from cleaner areas of the grain. Cut parts moved to the sewing floor. Handles, body, and lining followed the locked sample. Logo work was done to the artwork signed off — not to a later screenshot.
